Have a custom tab with the option to have it be the starting tab at the top

I'd like to make a custom home page to explain how to use ombi for my users. Similar to the custom page in v3; however, having this be the main tab would be far better. Should also ideally not be public like in v3.

Yes! This would be great a custom tab in the left nav-bar with custom HTML/CSS. Not public please!
I would use it as FAQ/Q&A/Wiki but I could also imagine other uses :)
