Ability for Ombi to say which media servers are online if you have multiple

I'd like the landing page to say that if you have say 1 plex media server and 1 emby media server or jellyfin, the landing page to say "plex media server is online" & "Emby media server is online" and if possible it so say that "1 jellyfin server is offline"
