Add background color to pending request on page "All request" for easier view if approved or not

For now it is hard to see if an request have been approved or not.
On "All request" page i suggest to add a background color if the request have not been decided yet. I suggest add a background-color #8c7725 or similar if request need action.

Something that easily denotes available would be nice too. The information on the side is nice, but it is hard to immediately jump to information you want to read.
