Custom plex URL

Hi!
I got a feature request about the "Play on Plex" button. I would like to put down my own custom domain URL so i dont force people to the website of Plex.

allthough i haven't found any indication of this working standalone: add plex link that opens the desktop app instead of plexweb

Opens the desktop app on pc's and the mobile app on mobile phones if it exists :)
