Add ability to manually reprocess failed requests

A lot of users have reported issues in connectivity to radarr/sonarr/etc while their users are adding requests. Those requests will fail.

A button to manually trigger an automatic reprocessing of all failed or pending requests would make fixing this much more simple.

Some requests sit idle for a long time and it would be nice to be able to send a reminder or re-request to the admin.
